Introducing Canopy CoPilot

In many Tennessee communities, real estate is built on trust and long-standing relationships. Families often turn to the same Realtor they’ve worked with for decades—whether they’re buying their first home, selling the family farm, or preparing to part with a commercial building they’ve owned for years. But while those relationships are rock-solid, not every Realtor feels equally confident handling the unique challenges of specialized property types - that’s where Canopy CoPilot comes in.
What Is Canopy CoPilot?
Canopy CoPilot is a partnership service for Realtors who primarily focus on residential real estate but occasionally land a listing outside their usual wheelhouse. If you’ve secured a historic property, multifamily building, or commercial asset—and want to ensure your clients get the best representation — Canopy can step in as a co-listing partner.
How It Works
-
Co-Listing Partnership: A Tennessee licensed Commercial real estate specialist will join as a co-listing agent, receiving a small percentage of the commission upon closing.
-
Advisory Role: Your specialist is available throughout the process to provide insights, answer questions, and offer guidance specific to historic, multifamily, or commercial sales.
-
Client First: You maintain your client relationship. Canopy simply provides the additional expertise to market and sell the property effectively.
Why It Matters
In smaller towns and rural areas, clients often prefer to work with the Realtor they know and trust—even for complex property types perhaps outside of their preferred Realtor's wheelhouse. Canopy CoPilot makes sure those clients don’t have to choose between loyalty and expertise. You stay by their side, and a trusted Commercial advisor from Canopy makes sure the specialized details are handled the right way.
