David Janke is the owner and Principal Broker of Canopy Real Estate. After stints at Crye-Leike in Nashville and Century 21 in Winchester, David finally launched Canopy Real Estate in 2025 to focus primarily on Commercial, Multi-Family, and Historic Properties. David doesn't just broker commercial transactions - he is also a principal and investor. A few recent projects were an adaptive reuse of a vacant hair salon into a fully-leased 9 suite medical office building, and turning around a long-neglected historic 9 unit apartment complex and breathing new life into it.
